Once again we translate the clinical question into terms for the query:

Let's go to http://www.goldenhour.co.il, and choose Medline at the left menu. Double click on the first link (PubMed).

Open the left window (where you can read "All Fields: now) and click on Mesh Major Topic. On the right window, write: congestive heart failure.
