We translate the clinical question into terms:
- MeSh Major Topic- Atopic Dermatitis
- MeSh Terms- child
- Mesh Subheading- therapy

We go to http://www.goldenhour.co.il, from
there to Medline (at the left menu) and to PubMed (the first link).
On the screen we scroll down to: Add terms to Query, and we choose MeSh Major Topic and
write: atopic dermatitis
Click on Preview
Right now we have 5154 articles in the Medline.
To narrow our search, go to: Add Terms to Query, and choose, MeSh Terms and write the word child.
Then click on Preview.
Again, add terms, choose MeSh Subheading and add the word therapy
Click on Preview and you will get: 1000 articles.
Let's keep adding terms.
Now choose on Substance Name and mometasone furoate.
And click on Preview
Much better! Only 5 articles.
Let's look for the randomized controlled trials only!
Choose for Publication Type and then write randomized controlled trial.
And again Preview.
